Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, showcasing residential and closing sales effectively. A passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and deep knowledge of the real estate market are essential. Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms, site visits, and referrals Conduct property presentations and site tours for potential customers Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties from the available inventory Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent support and guidance throughout the buying process Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales Coordinate with legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer onboarding Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, competitors, pricing, and inventory Attend real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to build brand visibility. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Good presentation and interpersonal abilities Basic knowledge of real estate rules and documentation Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate software (preferred) Fluency in [English + Hindi + Telugu] Qualifications : Bachelors degree / MBA Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred) Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales may also apply
