Operations Manager – Apparel Distribution Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations in our apparel distribution house. The role involves managing inventory, streamlining logistics, coordinating with retail partners, look after the sales team, business expansion, collections and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, optimize warehouse processes, and lead a team to ensure smooth daily functioning and high service levels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and dispatch operations Coordinate with internal departments and retail partners for seamless distribution Implement process improvements for operational efficiency Monitor logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards Manage and lead warehouse staff, including performance tracking and training Customer relations Expansion into new stores, and existing stores Manage sales team Timely collections
