Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships through effective CRM strategies and techniques to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role will involve interacting with both existing and potential customers and tracking customer feedback to provide personalized and seamless customer experiences Key Responsibilities: CRM Management: Maintain and update customer databases. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or B2C CRM management. Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
