Operational Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar outlet.

Ensure smooth service and high standards of quality.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Financial Management

Control costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.

Monitor sales and implement strategies to boost revenue.

Conduct pricing analysis and adjust menu pricing as needed.

Minimize waste and optimize inventory usage.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff.

Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.

Motivate and lead the team to deliver excellent service.

Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer complaints.

Maintain high-quality service standards.

Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Gather feedback and implement improvements.

Beverage & Menu Management

Develop and update drink menus based on trends and customer preferences.

Ensure proper mixology standards and presentation of beverages.

Monitor alcohol regulations and ensure compliance.

Work with chefs or kitchen teams for food and beverage pairings.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to local liquor laws and regulations.

Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with regulations.

Train staff on responsible alcohol service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
