HOPE WOMENS AND CHILDRENS HOSPITAL is a 100-bedded tertiary care hospital dedicated to providing quality healthcare for women and children. With specialized departments including OPD, IPD, OT, NICU/PICU, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Maternity Care, we aim to deliver comprehensive care from birth to adolescence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in hospital administration, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of all departments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily hospital operations across departments (OPD, IPD, OT, NICU, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Housekeeping, Admin, Nursing).

Monitor and improve patient experience, turnaround time, and service delivery quality.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for seamless patient care.

Manage billing, revenue cycle, and ensure accurate documentation.

Ensure compliance with NABH/ISO standards and statutory requirements.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review.

Lead quality initiatives, audits, and continuous process improvements.

Handle manpower planning, staff scheduling, and training requirements.

Oversee vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred).

5+ years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and people management abilities.

Knowledge of hospital quality standards (NABH/ISO) is an added advantage.
