Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations In-Charge to oversee and manage our daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring that operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will play a key role in driving productivity, managing teams, and optimizing workflows to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Signage Manufacturing.
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processes.
• Manage inventory levels, from raw materials to finished goods, and coordinate with the supply chain team.

2. Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of operators, technicians, and floor staff.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and manage manpower to meet production/operational targets.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
• Foster a positive, safe, and high-performance work environment.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all outputs meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, output, quality, and downtime.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
• Encourage and implement ideas from team members to enhance productivity.

6. Resource & Maintenance Management:

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of tools, equipment, and other operational resources.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained (5S principles).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
