Position Overview:
Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organizational efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Design and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Track and analyze performance metrics; prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Lead initiatives related to process improvement, risk management, and compliance.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and relationships.
• Supervise and mentor operations staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in operations or business management roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and project management tools.
