JD Operation Manager-EUS

Experience - 4- 6 Years

Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
Having experience on leading a team of Maximum 20 people.
Team Lead experience is must.
L2 Support is required.
Ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet service levels
Manage ongoing end user requests and act as a point of escalation
Prepare and share status reports
Prepare and share Weekly/Monthly Project reports
Reporting the progress of ongoing tasks at regular intervals to the Client

.Ensure compliances as per SLA

ITSM/ITOM tool management
Experience on MIS Reports.
Immediate joiners are the preference.
