Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at C9 Hospitality's C9 Event Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events and the efficient operation of all departments. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the event center, including event setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest services. - Lead and manage cross-functional teams consisting of housekeeping, catering, technical support, and front office staff. - Ensure that all events meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency. - Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for upcoming events. - Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions. - Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all times. - Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team. - Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or event management, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in computer operations. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
