About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager (BTL Vertical) to lead and manage end-to-end Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing operations in our Mumbai office. The role requires expertise in campaign execution, vendor management, and client servicing, ensuring flawless delivery of innovative BTL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize, and oversee execution of BTL campaigns including activations, promotions, events, and exhibitions.

• Manage a team of executives and ensure seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal departments.

• Negotiate and finalize vendor agreements while ensuring cost efficiency and quality.

• Monitor campaign progress, budgets, and timelines; resolve operational challenges promptly.

• Generate reports, analyze outcomes, and present insights for continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BTL marketing operations with an advertising/activation background.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale BTL campaigns.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
