About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager (BTL) with a strong background in advertising to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing operations, managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor BTL campaigns (activations, events, exhibitions, promotions).

• Ensure smooth on-ground operations with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards for campaign delivery.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction through flawless execution.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure ROI and effectiveness.

• Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BTL marketing operations within the advertising industry.

• Proven expertise in handling large-scale BTL campaigns, vendor management, and client coordination.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
