About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Specialist to join our Key Account Management department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Prepare and share regular performance reports

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively

• Experience in advertising/media industry will be an advantage
