Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable candidate to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in a particular country or region and assist travelers or clients by offering insights, planning personalized itineraries, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience. You’ll work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to bring each destination to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to expert for your assigned destination(s).
• Design and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and travel style.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of destination-specific attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local culture.
• Conversion of leads by offering destination-specific insights.
• Stay updated with travel advisories, visa requirements, and health/safety regulations.
• Handle client queries pre- and post-travel related to your destination(s).
• Participate in travel fairs, webinars, and training sessions to promote destination awareness.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or any degree.
• Proven experience in the travel industry, tour operations, or travel agency, with a strong understanding of domestic and international destinations would be added an advantage.
• Knowledge of travel products, services, and suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation options, and attractions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in itinerary planning, booking management, and pricing calculations.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes, emergencies, and time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to work in different shifts as per the market time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
