Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Customer Service Specialist will engage with customers to provide exceptional support, answer inquiries, handle customer concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience. The role includes responsibilities such as ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining professional communication, resolving issues effectively, and upholding strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and managing client relationships
• Capability to demonstrate excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site workplace and maintain a positive attitude
• Background in customer service or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or above; additional training in customer service is advantageous
