Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include answering phones, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and following up on customer experiences to ensure their happiness and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities
  • Effective Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in agriculture or farming-related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
