Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Farmer First in Kozhikode. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring smooth customer service, enhancing communication, driving e-commerce sales, and analyzing data to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales experience
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
• Understanding of the agriculture or food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
