Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, enhancing customer experiences, analyzing sales data, and optimizing e-commerce strategies. Daily tasks include utilizing analytical skills to monitor and improve performance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. Effective communication and strong customer relationship management are integral to this role.
