Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist. The position is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Customer Service Specialist will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer service and experience.
