Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Services Specialist based in Chandigarh. The specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone and other channels, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer experiences, adhering to phone etiquette practices, and following up on customer service requests to improve overall satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance service processes may also be required.

Qualifications

• Intelligence, quick wit, street smart female candidate is needed
• Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach toward customer concerns
• Excellenence in spoken and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools or similar customer service systems
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
