Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Zirakpur, Punjab. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key tasks include overseeing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance client partnerships. Additionally, the role involves handling feedback, resolving issues, and contributing to the growth of the customer base.

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in customer service, client management, or account handling
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns proactively
• Knowledge of the animal feed industry or related sectors is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
