Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru North. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, managing service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our elevator solutions.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Graduate degree (Business / Marketing / Engineering preferred)

✅ 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to handle escalations and deliver excellent customer satisfaction

✅ Experience in construction, real estate, or the elevator industry will be an added advantage
