Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer experiences. Daily tasks include handling phone inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service and phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Experience and managing customer interactions
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the elevator or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant customer service experience preferred
