Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Pune. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers through phone and in-person communication, providing exceptional support, and enhancing the overall customer experience at Ileseum Clubs.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and address client needs
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality, leisure, or fitness industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
