Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Specialist at RADDS Enterprises located in Navi Mumbai. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Ability to create a positive customer experience
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Advanced Excel expertise
• Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Candidate should be based in and around Vashi - Navi Mumbai
