Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist at CRIF Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing daily incoming loan volumes for every Lender within SLA. Your role will involve coordinating with counterparts for fast resolution and quick funding of customers' car loans. Additionally, you will review and validate loan documents as per procedure and forward them to the Funding team. It is crucial to maintain team quality targets and achieve daily required KPIs such as Attendance, Production, AHT, Attributes, and quality score. You will also be in charge of managing all Lender-specific process updates, sharing them with the team, and keeping records. Ensuring compliance with established regulations and US Law requirements at all times is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily incoming loan volumes for every Lender within SLA - Coordinate with counterparts for fast resolution and quick funding of customers' car loans - Review and validate loan documents as per procedure and forward to the Funding team - Maintain team quality targets and achieve daily required KPIs - Manage all Lender-specific process updates, share with the team, and keep records - Work within established regulations and adhere to US Law requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 to maximum 6 years of experience in BPO or KPO - Strong communication skills - Fluent in English - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage clients through phone calls and emails professionally - Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multi-task, self-learning ability, and high initiative encouraged Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist at CRIF Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing daily incoming loan volumes for every Lender within SLA.
