Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will engage with students and universities via phone, email, and chat to help address their needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves adhering to professional communication standards and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve service issues
• Professional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to remote work settings
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer concerns
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous
• Experience using customer support tools and software is a plus
