Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing processes, supervising teams, improving operational systems, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Strategic Planning & Execution

• Assist leadership in setting operational goals and strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

• Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
• Monitor quality assurance processes to maintain service/product standards.

• Resource & Budget Management

• Oversee resource allocation, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.
