The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity. This cross-functional role manages and oversees the warehouse, warranty, facilities and operational systems. This role optimizes operational processes and their respective teams in the North America region to meet organizational goals and drives continuous improvement. This position will regularly communicate and interact with regional and global teams including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
The Operations Manager has a dual reporting structure to the General Manager North America and Operations & Logistics Director. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Operations Manager will work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude, supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals.
