Job Responsibilities: Develop Quality strategies, department's Yearly Business Plan, objectives and Monthly Operation plan. Conduct regular quality audits. Develop and enhance the health and safety practices and procedures. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in either Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or any related major. Five (5) Plus years hands-on experience in Industrial / Manufacturing company as QA/QC Head (preferably in Aluminum extrusion or metal industries) Requirements, knowledge and skills: Profound knowledge of ISO standards and certifications. Strong management skills. knowledge of lean management & six sigma is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Well experience on problem solving and Root cause analysis skills. Must be able to apply good judgment and make decisions independently. IT / Computer skills, preferably with Oracle knowledge.
