Description

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to lead our instrumentation team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in instrumentation engineering, with a focus on supervising projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the instrumentation team to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate instrumentation work with other engineering disciplines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in instrumentation practices.
Train and mentor junior staff in instrumentation best practices and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in instrumentation supervision or relevant role.
Strong understanding of control systems, sensors, and instrumentation technologies.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to instrumentation and safety.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
