Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 15 years experience in inventory/store management, with at least 10 years in the construction/contracting industry.
Mandatory experience handling multi-division operations (Civil, MEP, Interior, FM, Cleaning).
Should be able to manage a team size of 4045 employees.
Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS) preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, supply chain, and warehousing practices.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
