Job Description: We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioners, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Clean, adjust, and repair systems and perform warranty services. Replace defective parts and ensure proper functioning of AC units. Keep records of repairs, maintenance, and replacements. Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system usage. Requirements: Proven experience as an AC Technician / HVAC Technician. Diploma / ITI certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and safety protocols. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments. Good communication and problem-solving skills. They handle basic labor duties, prepare worksites, transport materials, operate simple tools, and assist in ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and clean work areas before and after construction activities. Assist skilled workers (carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, welders, etc.) in their daily tasks. Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete, sand, or mortar. Hold and supply tools, materials, or equipment to tradespeople during work. Perform simple measurements and cutting under supervision. Use hand and power tools safely for basic construction tasks. Set up scaffolding, ladders, and temporary structures when needed. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Dispose of debris and waste materials properly. Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Good communication and listening skills. Willingness to learn trade skills on the job. No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
