Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Gurgaon. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day facility management operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing security protocols, supervising janitorial services, and implementing energy management strategies. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
