Facility Management Recruiter

As a Facility Management Recruiter at AtoZ Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts for both frontline and leadership positions. With over 6 years of experience in recruitment within the facility management or manpower services industry, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles including labour, supervisors, executives, and site managers. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, coordinating final selections, onboarding new hires, and ensuring recruitment metrics are tracked and reported to senior management. You will collaborate closely with operational heads to forecast manpower needs and implement effective hiring strategies. To excel in this role, you must have excellent sourcing and relationship-building skills, a proven track record of hiring for a diverse range of roles within the FM industry, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, ATS, and recruitment reporting tools will be advantageous.
