Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong hospitality background who can bring 5-star service standards into a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities

1. Guest & Patient Experience

• Own the entire non-clinical journey of patients, families, and visitors in the hospital.
• Maintain service levels that match a high-end hotel, with a focus on comfort, privacy, and care.
• Collect, track, and act on client and family feedback to continuously improve service quality.

2. Housekeeping & Daily Space Set-up

• Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure spotless, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Coordinate daily set-up of patient rooms, therapy/clinical rooms, and all common spaces.
• Conduct regular audits for hygiene, ambience, and functionality.

3. Food & Beverage (Vendor-Managed)

• Manage relationships with outsourced catering vendors for patient and guest meals.
• Ensure all F&B service meets hygiene, safety, timeliness, and presentation standards.
• Oversee menu planning in coordination with dietitians and vendors to cater to dietary needs.
• Monitor service quality through regular feedback, tasting sessions, and audits.

4. Security & Safety

• Supervise security personnel to maintain a safe and controlled environment.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring, visitor management, and emergency protocols.
• Ensure built environment meets all fire, safety, and compliance norms.

5. Training & Service Standards

• Train non-clinical staff (housekeeping, F&B service teams, security, front desk) in hospitality-level service delivery.
• Conduct regular refresher trainings on empathy, service etiquette, and guest handling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 7+ years in operations, F&B, or guest experience leadership in hotels, resorts, cruise lines, or premium healthcare facilities.
• Strong people management and cross-department coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, service recovery, and conflict resolution skills.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
