Role Overview

Senior Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance frontend features using React.js and Next.js
• Translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and responsive React components
• Optimize frontend performance by improving bundle size, lazy loading, and caching strategies
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and testing workflows
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold best practices in frontend architecture
• Mentor and guide a team of 5–7 frontend engineers, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-centric features
• Evaluate and integrate modern frontend tools (e.g., Storybook, ESLint, Prettier, Vite/Webpack)
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to boost efficiency, reduce bugs, and accelerate delivery

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional frontend development experience, with strong expertise in React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proven experience in improving application performance and bundle optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, tree shaking)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jest, React Testing Library)
• Strong understanding of web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Familiarity with frontend architecture, component-based design, and scalable folder structures
• Experience in leading or mentoring a frontend team of 5–7 engineers, with ownership of code quality and delivery timelines
• Exposure to mobile development (React Native) and frontend monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Bugsnag, LogRocket) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

The role is full-time and based in Mumbai.
