Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in India. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, ensure quality standards are met, and streamline processes to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include staff management, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and working closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Prior experience in the retail, food, or beverage industry is a plus
