Role Description

The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to extending the continuum of care in rehabilitation centers, managing home healthcare services, and enhancing the digicare platform to deliver top quality care.

Qualifications-

• Clinical background, Medical Knowledge, and Healthcare Experience
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Patient Care
• Teamwork, Collaboration, and Leadership abilities
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
• Excellent Communication and Empathy skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience working in rehabilitation centers or home healthcare settings is a plus
• Knowledge of technology and digital healthcare platforms is beneficial

KRA's -

• Supervise daily operations and staff performance.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Implement policies and maintain records.
• Handle staff/vendor queries and patient issues.
• Conduct vendor/institute meetings regularly.
• Market and promote homecare services.
• Onboard vendors and deploy trained GDAs/Nursing staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
