We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run ground operations for our fishing charters and guest house in the Andaman Islands. This is not a desk job — it’s a field leadership role in a high-performance adventure travel environment. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations for charters, logistics, and guest stays. Manage bookings, permits, guest communication, billing & feedback. Coordinate captains, crew, vendors, and on-ground support. Oversee guest house upkeep, inspections, and OTA listings. Maintain inventory and procurement (tackle, spares, merchandise). Ensure compliance with FRRO, Port Marine Board, and licences. Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and SOP compliance. What We’re Looking For 15+ years’ operational experience in travel, hospitality, or adventure logistics. Strong leadership & multitasking skills in live ops environments. Clear communication and a customer-first mindset. Ability to create and follow systems, schedules, and workflows. Tech proficiency: MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRMs. Ability to coordinate with government offices, vendors, staff, and international guests.
