Job Description

Operations Manager / Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews.
Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Operations Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including housekeeping, pantry, front office, pest control, and waste management.
Monitor service delivery standards and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Conduct regular site audits and inspections.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate on-ground teams including supervisors and service staff.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance service quality.
Manage staff deployment and shift schedules.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare and manage budgets for assigned accounts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and client feedback.
Prepare monthly reports and presentations for internal and client review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA or Facility Management certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services operations or key account management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
