Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers until entire customer journey completion

• Handle business loan operations activities

• Handle Transaction related queries

• Cooridnate in invoice based activities

• Actively cooridnate in collection process

• portfolio managemt

• Coordinate with vendors
