Operations Intern Locations: Ernakulam & Trivandrum Work Mode: Full‑time, In‑office (Monday–Saturday) Support the Operations team in enhancing efficiency across departments, streamlining workflows, and coordinating project execution. Ideal for a detail‑oriented individual eager to gain practical exposure to operations management in an IT environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business continuity. Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Technical Support, Project Management—to facilitate timely solution delivery. Support process improvement initiatives by gathering data and recommending actionable optimizations. Help maintain accurate records and documentation (SOPs, inventories, reports). Contribute to preparation of operational reports and presentations. Participate in team meetings and support implementation of operational plans. Qualifications · Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline. · Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking capabilities. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. · Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving attitude. · Comfortable collaborating across teams and adapting quickly. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with interest in CRM tools.
