Locations: Ernakulam & Trivandrum
Work Mode: Full‑time, In‑office (Monday–Saturday)

Support the Operations team in enhancing efficiency across departments, streamlining workflows, and coordinating project execution. Ideal for a detail‑oriented individual eager to gain practical exposure to operations management in an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business continuity.
• Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Technical Support, Project Management—to facilitate timely solution delivery.
• Support process improvement initiatives by gathering data and recommending actionable optimizations.
• Help maintain accurate records and documentation (SOPs, inventories, reports).
• Contribute to preparation of operational reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and support implementation of operational plans.

Qualifications

· Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking capabilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.

· Comfortable collaborating across teams and adapting quickly.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with interest in CRM tools.
