Key Responsibilities:

Call and remind students about upcoming sessions, encouraging timely attendance.

Welcome new customers with a friendly introduction, sharing essential details.

Communicate with both Indian and international customers, addressing questions and collecting information.

Track and report attendance data, flagging frequent absenteeism.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work day shifts.

comfortable using CRM tools; ready to work from the office.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
