Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about business operations and management processes in a tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across departments.
• Support the management team in administrative and documentation tasks.
• Help monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and prepare reports.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain records, data entry, and handle routine correspondence.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal documentation.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the operations or management team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing organization.
