Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Take

  complete ownership

  of assigned operational tasks and ensure timely execution with accuracy.
• Coordinate daily activities across departments (Sales, Product, HR, and Marketing) to ensure operational alignment.
• Support process documentation, performance tracking, and preparation of reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrate

  accountability

  in managing task follow-ups, stakeholder communication, and reporting updates.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle data management, documentation, and vendor coordination with a sense of

  responsibility and reliability

• Support internal reviews, audits, and quality checks to maintain process discipline.
• Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and a strong sense of

  ownership

  in all deliverables.

Requirements:

• MBA or pursuing MBA (Operations / General Management / Strategy preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and accountability mindset.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to completing tasks independently.
