Operations Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support the ongoing operations and

upcoming intake-related activities at our Calicut branch. The selected candidates will work

closely with the operations and counseling teams to ensure smooth coordination, documentation,

and process execution across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in daily branch operations and administrative tasks.

 Support the admissions and intake team with data collection, entry, and verification.

 Coordinate with students and counselors regarding application status and required

documentation.

 Help organize files, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy.

 Assist in preparing reports, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems.

 Participate in branch-level events and intake-related campaigns.

 Provide general support to the operations and student service teams as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

 Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
