About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise store expense claims and ensure timely realization into the store’s account.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Assist in daily store operations including:
  • Locker allocation
  • Staff attendance register checks
  • Filing and maintaining operational registers
  • Monitor and prepare daily reports of bought-out items.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude.
