Role Brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating logistics, managing inventory, assisting with quality control, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient processes. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing supply chain, logistics, or business studies to gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
• Support quality control (QC) processes by inspecting products, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to track and manage inventory levels.
• Assist in analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share updates on assigned tasks.
• Assist in resolving logistical challenges and production delays.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes (preferred).
