Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end doctor consultation bookings through third-party lab portals.
• Coordinate and follow up with users for test scheduling and updates.
• Liaise with diagnostic partners to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with users for confirmations, rescheduling, or missing details.
• Track test completion timelines and flag delays or discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and operational reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
• A learning-first mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
